Since our services at Samra Typo are digital and custom-made (logo design & branding), we have a slightly different refund policy compared to physical products.

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds only in the following cases:

If we are unable to deliver the agreed service.

If the final delivery does not match the original requirements agreed upon.

Non-Refundable Services

Due to the nature of our work, the following are non-refundable:

Custom logo designs

Branding identity packages

Any completed or partially completed design work

Revisions after delivery has started

Once work has begun on your project, refunds are not applicable.

Revisions Instead of Returns

We are committed to your satisfaction 🤝

If you're not happy with the initial concept, we offer revisions based on the package you selected until we reach a result that suits you.

Order Cancellation

You can request a cancellation only before work has started.

Once the design process begins, the order cannot be canceled.
